The website was the start: EDUTIVE.
Edutive trains NSW real estate agents. We built the public site and learning system, then stayed on for three articles a week, Google Ads, and a monthly view of search and visits.

The brief
Edutive trains NSW real estate agents. The first project was two products: a public website agents can find and trust, and the learning system students log into.
Inside that system, a student completes a course, tracks CPD hours, follows a training plan, and receives a certificate. The public site is how an agent gets there.
What we built
The rebuild was the start. Four services are still running.
- Learning system — courses, CPD hours, a training plan, and a certificate.
- Website and maintenance — updates, technical care, publishing, and page changes so the site stays current.
- Three articles a week — written so Google and ChatGPT-style answers can quote them. This is ongoing, not a launch extra.
- Google Ads — still managed, with a monthly view of searches, visits, and enquiries.
One system, not four retainers
The articles give search and AI answers something specific to quote. Ads send people to pages that can explain the courses. The monthly view reads searches, visits, and enquiries as one picture. Care keeps those pages from dating.
A new website goes quiet when nobody is publishing on it, and when ad decisions are made without that picture. Edutive is the longer version of a rebuild: the site, then the ads, then three articles a week, then a clear view of what Google and the ads are doing.
What changed
- The public site, the learning system, and the ads account are still the same engagement, not three separate handoffs.
- The website, the content program, and the advertising account working as one system.
- A relationship that continued after the original rebuild.
Still running
Publishing, ads, and care did not stop at launch. Agents still find the courses on the public site. Students still use the learning system. The work after launch is the case.
